Customer Satisfaction

All employees understand that quality and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Quality is continuously instilled in our employees through training and performance monitoring. MEI's ISO 9002 Certified Quality Management System requires that new employees are trained in awareness and accountability of our quality procedures. In addition, MEI is very active in the National Tooling and Machining Association's Bay Area Training Center. The Company President is a founding trustee of the program. Many of our employees either come from the pre-employment training program or are enrolled in the apprenticeship program. Employees also receive on the job training in plastics and outside training in inspection and machine operation.

Consistency

MEI possesses some of the most sophisticated inspection and measuring devices available. Video inspection devices and coordinate measuring machines with data output are used routinely in process on the manufacturing floor and at final inspection. A documented first article inspection is performed the first time a new part is manufactured. Certificates of Conformance and lot traceability are available.
