McNeal has been providing its customer’s custom vacuum and pressure formed plastic components for almost fifty years. McNeal performs close tolerance CNC trimming on all molded parts to ensure a precise and consistent fit. McNeal has built its reputation providing simple to complex thermoformed components. Our capabilities include heavy gauge (0.062-.375 material thickness), thermoforming and pressure forming to 48” x 48” x 24”. We frequently thermoform components such as plenum, covers and trays, and bezels, out of a wide range of materials including ABS, polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate, and ultem.
